We offer a service specially designed for the transport of a few boxes. If you are moving house largerwe have solutions that are tailored to your needs economic. Find out more, contact our team via the online form.
What we do not cover:

You can send your goods anywhere in France, Europe and to many international destinations. Each shipment must have a departure or arrival point in France. For removals outside Europe, certain customs restrictions may apply depending on the country of destination. If in doubt, please contact us.
Dimensions maximum accepted for transporting your luggage, equipment and furniture are 300 cm x 200 cm x 160 cmwith a maximum weight of 70 kg per piece.
The most important elements are transport labels. You must affix them to each parcel in such a way that they are visible, legible and above all that they withstand transport constraints and handling. We recommend stick 2 labels on 2 different sides of the parcel. It is essential to remove the old labels to avoid any confusion. Our standard delivery times are 24 to 48 hours (working days) for most destinations. Isolated areas, such as certain mountain resorts or islands, may require an extra day. For carefree delivery, we recommend that you plan your shipment 4 to 5 days before your arrival. Exception for weekends or public holidays: if the pick-up is on Friday, delivery will take place on Monday at the earliest, or the day after the public holiday (if it is a working day).
Thanks to our real-time tracking, you'll be informed of the delivery by text message and e-mail on the day. If you're not at home, you have several options:
- Reschedule delivery date
- Leave boxes in a secure place
- Entrust the reception to a neighbour, concierge or caretaker
- Collect the boxes from a collection point or left-luggage office
- Change the delivery address (close to the initial address)
All shipments are checked, weighed, measured and compared with the declared dimensions and weight. In the event of a discrepancy, we will invoice you a flat-rate amount of €30 per item, plus the additional cost incurred by the incorrect declaration and corresponding to the rate actually due. You authorise us to re-invoice you for the amount due, in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed when the service was purchased. The reference weights/sizes for invoicing purposes are collected by our carrier.
