If this level of cover doesn't seem enough for you, you are free to subscribe to direct insurance and/or enquire with the banking institution that provides your payment method, which often includes luggage insurance.

For luggage transport, our standard lead times are 24 to 48 hours (working days) for most destinations. Isolated areas, such as certain mountain resorts or islands, may require an extra day. For worry-free delivery, we recommend schedule delivery 4 to 5 days before your arrival. Exception at weekends or on public holidays: if collection takes place on a Friday, delivery will take place on the Monday at the earliest, or the day after the public holiday (if it is a working day).
