LRC Bagagerie offers you a door-to-door transport for your luggage, skis and sports equipmentWe'll take care of your belongings at the address of your choice (home, work, etc.). We pick up your belongings at the address of your choice (home, work, etc.) and transport them to your destination (hotel, ski resort, holiday village, etc.) within 24 to 48 hours (working days).
You can shipping your skis, luggageand other personal effects anywhere in France, Europe and many other international destinations. Each shipment must have a point of departure or arrival in France. For shipments outside EuropeCertain customs restrictions may apply depending on the country of destination. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Dimensions maximum accepted for the transport of your luggage and sports equipment, including your skis, are 300 cm x 200 cm x 160 cmwith a maximum weight of 70 kg per piece.
Our standard delivery times are 24 to 48 hours (working days) for most destinations. Isolated areas, such as certain mountain resorts or islands, may require an extra day. For carefree delivery, we recommend that you plan your shipment 4 to 5 days before your arrival. Exception for weekends or public holidays: if the pick-up is on Friday, delivery will take place on Monday at the earliest, or the day after the public holiday (if it is a working day).
The most important elements are transport labels and packaging of your equipment. You must affix the labels to each piece of ski equipment in such a way that they are visible, legible and, above all, that they withstand transport constraints and handling. We recommend stick 2 labels on 2 different sides of the parcel. Old labels must be removed to avoid any confusion. Thanks to our real-time tracking, you'll be informed of the delivery by text message and e-mail on the day. If you're not at home, you have several options:
- Reschedule delivery date
- Leave skis or luggage in a secure place
- Entrust the reception to a neighbour, concierge or caretaker
- Collect your belongings from a collection point or left-luggage office
- Change the delivery address (close to the initial address)
All shipments are checked, weighed, measured and compared with the declared dimensions and weight. In the event of a discrepancy, we will invoice you a flat-rate amount of €30 per item, plus the additional cost incurred by the incorrect declaration and corresponding to the rate actually due. You authorise us to re-invoice you for the amount due, in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed when the service was purchased. The reference weights/sizes for invoicing purposes are collected by our carrier.
