Frequently asked questions
LRC Bagagerie transports all types of luggage and equipment in the Grand Est: suitcases, travel bags, skis, snowboards, golf clubs, bicycles, hiking equipment, water sports equipment or bulky parcels. We can also take care of certain specific items on request (e.g. professional or sports equipment).
Our standard lead times are 24 to 48 hours (working days) for most destinations in Eastern France. Isolated areas, such as certain mountain resorts or islands, may require an extra day. For worry-free delivery, we recommend schedule delivery 4 to 5 days before your arrival. Exception at weekends or on public holidays: if collection takes place on a Friday, delivery will take place on the Monday at the earliest, or the day after the public holiday (if it is a working day).
Yes, in most cases. We deliver hotels, residences, chalets, gîtes, spas and mountain accommodation in Eastern France, subject to a practicable road access. For areas that are difficult to access (refuges, snow-covered roads or pedestrian areas), we will agree on an nearest possible delivery point.
No, LRC Bagagerie does not offer a storage service as such.
We provide exclusive door-to-door transport your luggage and equipment between your home, your place of stay or your accommodation in the East.
