Before reaching the resort, plan your route: the road is accessible all year round, but the snow tyres or chains are strongly recommended, and are compulsory in winter under mountain regulations.

Take the A8 and then the M6202 towards the Var valley, Follow the M2205 up the Vallée de la Tinée, passing through Isola Village before taking the road to’Isola 2000 for the final climb. The resort is easily accessible from the Mediterranean coast: Nice → Isola 2000 can be travelled in 1 h 45 à 2 h, via the Tinée valley (RM 2205).
